Base Recipe
- 1 banana
- 2-3 big handfuls of spinach
- ½ C berries your choice
- Filtered water for desired consistency
Mix It Up
Add more alkalizing greens with a combo of any of the following:
- 2-3 kale leaves
- 2-3 chard leaves
- 2-3 collard/mustard or turnip greens
- 2-3 Watercress leaves
- Bok choy leaves
- Beet greens
Fun Taste Varieties
Play with some of the following:
- 20 mint leaves
- Juice from one whole lime
- 1C Greek yogurt w/ 2TBSP honey or agave nectar
- ¾ C Almond or Sunflower seed butter
- 2C chopped watermelon, cantaloupe or honeydew

2-3 oz Aloe Vera fillet juice* (fillet vs. whole leaf)
* Please DISCONTINUE use of Aloe Vera fillet juice two weeks prior and two weeks after surgery due to its blood-thinning effects.
1/8 tsp Kelp granules (stocked in the seaweed section)
