Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Cecelia Nguyen is a board-certified plastic surgeon who earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. She then completed a highly competitive integrated Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. During her six years of training, she learned not only from esteemed plastic and reconstructive surgeons in her program, but also from leading aesthetic plastic surgeons in the greater Houston community and renowned reconstructive surgeons at MD Anderson.
Dr. Nguyen is known for her calming demeanor, skilled hands, and attention to detail. Her top priority is to improve her patient’s confidence by restoring form and function. She is committed to creating an environment where each individual’s care is tailored to meet his/her/their personal goals.

In her free time her hobbies include snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, hiking, sewing, crocheting, playing video games, learning tennis and hanging with her husband and two cats.
