This is a 34-year-old female who is 5'1" and 105 lbs. with two children. Prior to having children she was an A-cup and during breastfeeding she went to a B-cup, ultimately settling at an AA-cup. This patient wanted to have a B-cup breast that would be more proportionate for her frame. She chose 275cc Smooth Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel implants. These pictures are at her 1 year post-op visit.
